The Space

Cosy Corner…Private apartment. Air-conditioning. WiFi, Lounge with a glass dining table open plan to a granite top kitchen.
Self catering , order room service or go downstairs to have dinner in hotel. Outside eateries all around you. Convenience is the word!
Comfy quality queen size bed. Plush couch & chairs in lounge. Cable TV. Close to all amenities & so central and convenient. Walking distance to Waterfront, theatres, restaurants, Long & Bree Street night life, clubs, St George’s Street Mall, CTICC, Company Gardens and so much more. Free private Gym access in building with special access card available free at reception.
Under cover secure parking is available at no extra charge.

Guest Access

Access by car into a secure under cover parking via remote. On foot via the Hotel lobby with access from 2 main roads into manned reception. Uber can take you to the doorstep and the bus service is 1 min away.
Security personnel are always present for that extra peace of mind. The Hotel Lobby is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
On My City bus route and 2 minutes walk from the railway station.
Included is The use of an exclusive Gym. We supply you with access cards.
We leave a few essentials/gift pack on your arrival so at least you can relax with the first cup of coffee or tea.
We will meet you on your arrival and explain everything and make sure you are completely happy and we are just on the other side of the phone should you require any further information.
In the case of a late check-in & we are not able to be there to welcome you ourselves, the keys are with reception and your code will be given you on the day of your arrival. We remain on our cell phones and are contactable into the evening until you arrive.

Other Things to Note

This journey with Airbnb guests has been amazing for more than 2 years . We have 8 homes listed ranging from town through to Clifton with 4 more coming up once we have renovated and improved them.
So far our experience has been a truly good one except for 3 incidents with bad behaviour and deceit.
We know how we would like to be treated and so do make sure that all the creature comforts we expect are available to you. This, at a rate that is way below the norm. Good value!
We strive to improve always, so truly appreciate any suggestions and your honest communication whilst you stay with us.
Kindly note that we also book out our apartments on a longer term and through other avenues so it generally can be booked up rather quickly. The calendars are updated every 24-48 hours. We have had rave reviews from private bookings as well. All of our apartments are truly ones we ourselves would enjoy to stay in.
